  •  According to consumer protection regulations, consumers are entitled to a 7-day evaluation period (including weekends) upon receiving the product. The 7-day evaluation period is considered a "consideration period" and not a "trial period." If the product has been unsealed or used, thus lacking completeness and resale value, returns will not be accepted.

     

    1. Returned or exchanged items must be in brand new condition and include complete packaging. This includes the returned item, invoice (electronic invoices are exempt), accessories, tags, inner and outer packaging, and any gifts.
    2. To return an item, please send it back in its original packaging, including an intact outer box, the product, shipping slip, invoice (electronic invoices are exempt), tags, and gifts. If the original outer box has been lost, please use a cardboard box to cover the original packaging and avoid directly attaching labels or writing on the original packaging. If any items in the original box are damaged or missing, the return will not be accepted.
    3. The 7-day evaluation period does not apply in the following situations: items with stains, odors, or incomplete accessories will not be accepted for return.
    4. A size variation of 2cm, screen color differences, and exposed threads are all within internationally accepted inspection standards and do not constitute defects. Due to computer resolution and screen differences, please consider the received product as the standard.

    Please note that the following situations cannot be accepted for returns or exchanges:

     

    1. Exceeding the 7-day evaluation period.
    2. Incomplete product accessories.
    3. No return or exchange service is provided for shipments to overseas regions.
    4. Products that show obvious signs of use, washing, damage, or human-caused stains, such as  deterioration, or have been used or cleaned, will not be accepted for return.

     

     

    依照消費者保護法規定，消費者享有商品到貨7天鑑賞期（包含例假日）之權益，七日鑑賞期屬『考慮期』並非『試用期』，若商品如經拆 封、使用、以致缺乏完整性即失去再販售價值時，恕無法退貨。

    2. 若要退貨，請以原始包裝方式寄回，包含完整無損之外箱、商品、出貨單、發票(電子發票則免)、吊牌、贈品等，若原外箱已遺失，請另使用紙箱包覆於商品原廠包裝外，切勿直接於原廠包裝上黏貼紙張或書寫文字，來做寄送，若原廠盒內所有物品有損壞或遺失，恕不接受退貨。
    3. 七日鑑賞期，不可適用於下述情況，如留有污漬、有異味、配件不全，恕不接受退貨。
    4. 尺寸2cm誤差、螢幕色差、線頭外露等，在國際驗貨標準都是屬於可接受範圍，並不屬於瑕疵。
    5. 因電腦解析度及螢幕等問題會有色差差異，以收到的商品實品為準。

     

    請注意，以下情況無法受理退、換貨：

    1. 超過7天鑑賞期。
    2. 商品配件不全。
    3. 海外地區寄送並無提供退換貨服務。
    4. 商品如有明顯使用或洗過痕跡、損壞或人為造成髒污、毀損、商品已使用或清潔過，恕不接受退貨。
